🔥Floorwork Tricks (not on the pole) suitable for all levels. Focusing on strength and control; moving, gliding, rolling, and exploring your unique flow. After practicing tricks they will be added to a floorwork sequence

🔥Sensual Flow (on the pole). Freedom to be yourself!!
Working on pole choreography with all the juicy, flowy transitions and poses and sensual movement. This is an opportunity to explore unique movement and feel free to dance in a way that feels good for YOU!
