Yoga and Pottery Painting Retreat Day with Kiln Studios
A coming togther of the old favourite event of yoga retreat morning combined with a creative and fun activity!
We'll start off with an active yoga class to get our heart rates up and tone our muscles. After a short comfort break we'll have a slow and calming yin yoga practice to stretch and ease muscular tension. Then we'll break for lunch provided by the Artisan Tea Room. After that we'll head back into the mainbroom ,for our pottery painting session. You can choose from a choice of 4 or 5 items in advance (mug, dog bowl, plate etc) and then enjoy taking time to paint it with a design of your choosing - silly or serious, anything goes. I'll notify you when your item will be ready to collect at The Kiln Studios in North Shields or if you're a regular at classes I will collect and deliver you item to class when it's ready. After all of that work we'll have some tea and cake. We'll then lie down for a snooze / yoga nidra / meditation session before we depart.

12.30 - Pottery Painting x 2 Hours
14.30 - Cake and Tea in side room (Pottery Paining - pack up and depart!)
15.00 - Yoga Nidra / Meditation
15.30 - Thanks and participants depart
We're hosting this event in our beautiful and quiet village hall on Simonside Terrace.
£65 includes all the yoga, lunch and your pottery painting session (including your item). You will need to arrange collection of your creation from me at class or collect your item from Kiln Studios, North Shields.
Please note, all bookings are non-refundable.
