As an experienced coach who has lost over 11 stone himself as well as guiding countless clients through life changing body transformations, I want to give you the opportunity to see just how much happier you can feel mentally and physically from training.

This is why I’m offering free 45 minute personal training sessions on Sunday 22nd June at my private gym facility here in Ashford, Kent.

Having lost over 11 stone myself I can’t even begin to describe how much better my entire life is and I want to show you that getting shape doesn’t have to be boring, doesn’t have to mean tasteless food or hours of mind numbing cardio.
