Summer Tai Chi for Health Classes
Summer Tai Chi for Health at Grace Episcopal Church begins June 25 and continues through August 13. The 8-week series of classes meets weekly on Wednesday afternoons. Offerings include courses for beginners (1:00-2:00), intermediate (2:15-3:00), and advanced participants (3:15-4:00) taught by experienced certified instructors under the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
