Join me for a community conversation around the release of my book: (New Harbinger Publications). This book explores the social determinants affecting mental health outcomes for queer men and provides therapeutic tools such as cognitive-behavioural techniques, Gestalt role-play, and psychodynamic inquiry to foster resilience.

Rahim Thawer, MSW, RSW, is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist from Toronto, ON, Canada. He is a clinical supervisor, facilitator, university instructor, and public speaker. Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt, psychoanalytic, and sex therapy approaches, Thawer’s work focuses on the intersections of mental health, sexuality, systemic oppression, and queer joy.
