Sparrow and her Wingmen (swing, swamp blues, Django jazz)

Vintage jazz and hot club swing, playing for dancers and music lovers in western North Carolina and beyond.

With a wide repertoire ranging from jazz Manouche to early ragtime pop to New Orleans blues, Sparrow & her Wingmen play gems from every era of early jazz. The Wingmen were formed by dancers Sparrow & Keith, with a goal of playing great dance music inspired by the folk roots of jazz, with an emphasis on improvisation, creative arrangements, and having a blast.
