Together, we create a powerful portal of connection, weaving our energetic webs in the way of harmonizing our nervous systems with sound, grounding through movement, and activating our life force energy with light body activation. We prepare body, mind and spirit for the next season, the season of release and letting go. This is a safe space, a sacred space to receive and honor all that exists just as it is, trusting in the flow of our own divine intelligence and connection to Source to take care of what is needed.
Through the facilitation of grounding with gentle and mindful movement with Misa, a Light Body Activation with Misa, Sharron Sanchez, Terah Pack and Barbara Blum, then completing and integrating with a beautiful, mini sound healing with Beth Bluth, we align with the Cosmic portal of the Fall Equinox.
Held by the grounded energy of our Blue Earth Mother, we contemplate ourselves as prisms of light and release valves for the Earth, knowing we are not separate from her. We activate together in heart expanding resonance through the art and practice of receiving.
