Maytime Sound / Gong Bath for Relaxation

As we approach summer, join us to relax, unwind and reset as we return to Let's Retreat with gongs and soothing sounds. If the weather is kind, the session will start outside for a nature meditation before moving inside to the cosy yurt.

Allow yourself to take a pause from day to day chores and responsibilities and to get away from it all.

During this unique sound bath / gong bath experience you will be lead through some relaxing breathing exercises to prepare for the sounds to follow. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. No experience necessary.
