1. No Refunds

Once a payment is made, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason—this includes change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

2. Event Cancellation

Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled by TTI Luxe.
In such cases, participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10–14 working days of the cancellation notice.

3. Non-Transferable Policy

Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another event or individual unless specifically stated otherwise by the TTI Luxe team in writing.
