Yoga for Teens: 8 Week Summer Series

Join our 8-week yoga series designed just for teens led by the dynamic Calley Mosely and set to loud, energizing beats that keep the vibe fun and fresh! This isn’t your typical quiet yoga class, we’re bringing the energy while still offering the tools you need to chill out, stretch, strengthen, and reset.

Made for all levels, especially beginners and those brand new to yoga, each session blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness in a way that feels accessible, uplifting, and real. Expect to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to yourself with every class.

What to bring: a yoga mat, water bottle, and your best self just as you are.

Each teen will receive a gratitude journal, Summer playlist, meditation track and more.
