Community Class: Candlelit Yin

Step away from the outside world and find inner peace with this 60-minute Yin/Rest style class.

Through mindful meditation, body scans, gentle breath work, and soft movements, you’ll feel deeply restored.

Bring along pillows, blankets, or even a cup of your favourite tea for a cozy, soothing experience.
