Yin Celebration of Samhain

Samhain marks the ancient turning point between light and dark; a time when the veil is said to be thin, and we honour both what has passed and what lies unseen.

In this candlelit yin practice, we’ll move slowly through grounding shapes, giving space for stillness, reflection, and release. Each posture becomes a quiet ritual: letting go of the old, tending to the seeds of what’s next, and listening for the whispers that only stillness can reveal. The room will be warm, the pace unhurried, and the energy infused with the quiet magic of this season’s threshold.

You’ll leave feeling deeply rooted, connected, and ready to cross into the next cycle with presence.
