Group Spinal Energetics Practice: An Evening of Release

Come together for a powerful night of letting go and rebalancing at Union 108.

The evening begins with a grounding meditation before you’re carried into stillness by a soul-shifting playlist tuned to frequencies that unlock, release, and draw you deeper into yourself. This is where the magic happens.

As you journey inward, Natasha will offer breathwork and 1:1 Spinal Energetics to support your process. These practices can move energy in profound ways, you may notice shaking, twitches, muscle release, tears, laughter, or waves of emotion. All of it is welcome, and all of it is part of the experience. Together, we’ll create a safe and transformative group space for release and renewal.
