Stretch & Core

Join instructor 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒆 for this energizing 1-hour class that blends functional movements with targeted core work to help you ⚡️𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫⚡️ and ⚡️𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫⚡️ from head to toe. You’ll work through intervals of strength training and core-focused exercises using hand-held weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls.
