STL Tornado Relief Event: Shifting Energy with Sally Denton and Angie Wolff

Join Sally and Angie for this donation-based event to provide funds for St. Louis Tornado Relief. All registration fees will be donated to The United Way STL Area Severe Storm/Tornado Relief Fund. South River Yoga will be matching all donations on or before June 1st up to $500.

As spring moves toward summer, we are left with the chaos and aftermath of severe storms and tornados that blasted through our part of the country. What remains is not only the environmental damage caused by the storms but also the energetic distress or nervous energy that we carry within us. Even if we don’t notice the change, our bodies may be harboring tension. This persists indefinitely,
affecting our moods and emotions until it is released. If you are ready to leave behind the chaos of our stormy spring and walk into a more relaxed, calmer vibrational frequency, join us for this event combining pranayama, yoga, visualization, and reiki.

This practice is suitable for everyone regardless of whether you are just beginning or a seasoned yogi. We will start with basic breath practices,then move into poses that stretch and flow with the breath. The last half of the class allows each person to experience a deep and relaxing visualization and an energetic shift with Angie Wolff, Reiki Master, guiding us. You are guaranteed to come away from this session feeling renewed and restored.
