Join Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC) on Memorial Day to complete the Murph Workout.
The workout is named in honor of Michael Murphy, a veteran killed in service.
The workout consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run.
The workout can be scaled for all levels.
ASC Founder Pete Leibman will lead a group warm-up at 9:00 a.m. Then, you will be on your own to complete the workout at your own pace.
This workout is free. However, online registartion is required for this workout because you need to agree to an online waiver.
