Join us for our next Cloudy With a Chance of Lobster Rolls, where juicy beer and our resident New Englander's Maine-style lobster rolls take center stage. This time, we’re debuting First Catch, the very first recipe from our newest brewer, Lucas St. Mary.
First Catch – New England IPA | 5.1% ABV | 10 IBU
Crafted with Loxless and Spitz malts from Prairie Malts, flaked wheat and oats for a pillowy body, and Citra + Motueka hops for bright notes of citrus, lime, and melon. It’s soft, refreshing, and brewed with a lot of heart. Named for our brewery team's favorite pastime, fishing, this hazy marks the start of a great summer and a bright future for Lucas' career in brewing.
This time around, the pairing will be available at both at the Brewpub and Stone Arch Tied House in Little Chute. This will ease some congestion, and by ticketing it, we'll be able to ensure everyone reels in a roll!
