The Salem Street Tasting: Featuring Monty’s Pimento Cheese
Sunday, July 20 | 2–6 PM | OSB Apex Taproom

We’re excited to welcome Monty’s Pimento Cheese to the taproom for a special tasting event that celebrates Southern flavor and local collaboration.

Come hang out, sip on a craft beer, wine, or cocktail, and check out Monty’s full lineup of handcrafted pimento cheese. They’ll be set up in the taproom offering samples and selling their spreads—perfect for snacking while you sip.


It’s a laid-back Sunday afternoon with good drinks, great cheese, and local flavor all around.
