Executive Chef Joe Lumbrazo brings decades of culinary expertise and a passion for hospitality to The Butcher’s Market Catering, where he oversees day-to-day operations as Executive Chef. An award-winning chef and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Joe has spent his career crafting exceptional dining experiences, from luxury resorts to private clubs and acclaimed restaurants.
His journey has taken him from the kitchens of the Stouffer Grand Beach Resort in the Virgin Islands to the bustling dining scene of New York before making North Carolina his home. Over the years, he has cooked alongside culinary legends like Bobby Flay, Anthony Bourdain, and Mario Batali, while also earning recognition on The Food Network and Discovery Channel for his innovative approach to food.
