C A S S T L is proud to host the launch of Radicale24, a publication by Belgian choreographer Chantal Yzermans and published by Luc Derycke/MER.Books. This book celebrates Radicale1924, a residency that brought together 36 contemporary artists and writers in Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, one of France’s most emblematic villages. Founded by Chantal Yzermans in 2021 at Maison Routier, the project culminated in a grand finale at Maison André Breton, marking the centenary of the first Surrealist Manifesto. Radicale24 features original contributions from participating artists and writers, as well as an introduction by Professor John C. Welchman.
