Pyjama Yin & Cacao

Join us for 2 hours of somatics, yin & restorative yoga as we practice in our pyjamas in preparation for a wondeful sleep! A cup of (sleep dose) Saoro Tiger Cacao will be served during the evening to bring properties of relaxation, calm and rest to the nervous system.
NOTE: This is a women only event
