Feed your inner child and allow yourself to play a little!
When was the last time you did something just because it was fun and it brought you joy?
If it’s been a while, then this event should be screaming your name!
Come join us Saturday June 14th at Ms. Peddler’s Boutique in Antioch, IL to create your very own Fairy Garden!!
All the necessary materials will be provided like: FAIRIES, flowers and other plants, soil, as well as a variety of other fairy world items: houses, bridges, mushrooms etc. If you want to bring something to add, you are more than welcome to, but not required to. I am upgrading the pots this year: each person gets their own 10x10” square pot so there’s plenty of room to build out the plants as well as the fairy elements!
When you bring home your fairy garden, I suggest keeping it outside and saying a nice blessing towards it. Fairies are weird, they don’t like to be acknowledged, but they also want to be slightly worshipped. You have to do it in a cryptic way, sort of like that one situationship you had as a teenager where neither of you really knew who liked who or what was going on... but you we’re both happy to be included.
Next thing you know, you may start having really good luck!
Making fairy gardens, picking all the elements, putting them together, and just the simplicity of digging around in dirt, brings so much joy. As the summer develops, you can continue to watch the gardens grow and change, endless beauty and joy all summer long!
All ages welcome! No prior experience needed.
