Let us come together in reflection. The Winter Solstice is a time of honoring the dark and the light returning. This astrological celebration marks the end of one season and the beginning of another. My intention is for you to honor the season of your life; what gifts you have to offer and what you leave behind.
In this workshop and ritual, we will connect with the crown chakra. We will acknowledge the elements within us and the spirit allies that support us during this transitional time.
In Chakradance, we use sacred dance and follow our instinctual movement through guided visualization and sound.
The music is of the highest frequency, so we can begin to open up to the magical possibilities of our divine potential.
Physiologically, the brain and central nervous system are also nourished by the crown chakra, so our ritual is intended to support nourishment and regulation.
This is an inward journey shared among women exploring their own personal growth and transformation.
When we say women: we mean this to include all womb-based bodies; abled, disabled and non-binary.
