Winter Solstice Restorative Reiki & Sound Bath

Join Dawn on the weekend of the Winter Solstice for a deeply somatic experience that blends restorative yoga, Reiki energy healing, and sound therapy for profound renewal and release.

This two-hour practice includes breath work, intention setting, and restorative yoga postures designed to release held tension. Dawn will offer optional hands-on Reiki energy healing and therapeutic sound vibrations to move energy throughout the body. The journey will culminate in a blissful, extended Savasana paired with guided meditation and sound.
