Let Abby guide you through a soul-nourishing evening on the longest night of the year to honor stillness, transformation, and the slow returning of the light.

Our practice will include grounding breathwork and restorative yoga to gently unwind the body and settle the nervous system, followed by a deeply immersive Yoga Nidra journey to usher in a luminous inner quiet. As the evening unfolds, we’ll participate in a simple solstice ceremony, lighting candles and offering intentions to welcome the rebirth of the sun and the spark of renewal within each of us. While we enjoy festive refreshments, you will be welcomed to explore self-guided tarot or oracle readings as mirrors for reflection, clarity, and guidance for the season ahead.

Bring: loose, comfy layers, a journal, pen, and any oracle/tarot cards you'd like to work with. All levels and all paths are welcome!
