Lifetime Coldwater Trail Training Runs

Group run from the upper Coldwater trailhead on the eastaboga side of the trails. We will plan to run between 8-10 miles and incorporate as much of the course as possible. I have several course options that I will post. Start at 5pm. The local Mtn group also does a group ride at 530 and usually hangs out at the fire pit area with food and drinks! Please fill free to bring anything. We will do these as long as weather permits. Pace will be depend on size of group and we can break into groups for desired pace if needed. Come on out!
