I’m the Head FeelGood Health Coach with over 25 years’ experience working in the health industry. This has covered many roles as an intensive care registered nurse, personalised health coach, personal trainer and genetics practitioner with people just like you who want to live life feeling vibrant and energetic!
I’m passionate about helping you discover long-term health and vitality so you can live the life you desire, full of energy and enjoyment.
I wanted a holistic approach to feeling good that got right to the bottom of why things were “feeling off”..
But as time went on, the messier the solution was becoming. Important pieces of the wellness puzzle were getting missed and I was becoming more frustrated.
I realized if I wanted to feel energized, vibrant, healthy and happy (especially as I continued to get older) I needed a new approach.
