Ann Miller has been helping her clients with the purchase financing of their homes and rentals as well as refinancing. Ann successfully closes all loans that she originates for her clients. The high success rate is directly correlated to analyzing and matching her client’s profile (credit scores, loan amount, etc.) to over 24 different wholesale lenders. Ann represents the buyer, not the bank and shops the best rate and term based on the client’s financial profile. This takes time, decades of experience and expertise to do correctly. Ann and her team enjoy this challenge for her clients.
