Body tends to refer to a group of people yet can also relate to a particular individual.
The month of August is upon us and yes I know it was named after the Roman Emperor.
Yet this would be a good time in the month of holidays rest and recuperation to look to ourselves. allow us Time to permit each of us look after ourselves physically emotionally mentally and even spiritually.
