In 2025, the LTL summit features seven categories under the theme ‘Military To…’, showcasing the many paths available after military service. Our goal is to celebrate what’s already been achieved and inspire serving personnel, service leavers, veterans and their families to see that their journey doesn’t have to end when their military service does—they can reinvent themselves and thrive in new ways.
The afternoon will feature a panel of speakers and discussions focused on ‘Fostering Belonging,’ followed by our flagship event: the LTL Awards. This awards ceremony, which has been recognised in England, Wales, Scotland, and Mauritius, shines a spotlight on military personnel, reservists, veterans, and their spouses and young adults, who have gone above and beyond in British society.
