Are you interested in learning more about fermented foods? Join us for our first fermentation course here on the farm where you'll learn how to make Kimchi, Kvass, and fermented tomatoes.
You’ll gain an understanding of the basic principles of fermentation, including food safety and how to confidently continue experimenting at home.
Samples will be available to taste, and all ingredients are provided. You’ll also receive free handouts, including step-by-step recipes, so you can recreate everything in your own kitchen.
The workshop will be run by Eliza and Carol, the passionate mother-and-daughter team behind Romsey Crop Swap, who are dedicated to self-sufficiency, reducing waste, and reviving traditional preservation skills. Their friendly, down-to-earth approach makes this session perfect for beginners and curious cooks alike.
