AI for Small Businesses

This session is designed for businesses who want to take the next step in their use of AI for operations, marketing, customer service and growth. We’ll show you real-world examples, and help you to develop some use-cases and pilots that you can apply to your own business.

We’ll also be discussing how to measure the impact of using AI to ensure it is a worthwhile investment, and to look at evaluating processes in your business that could be helped with the use of AI or present new opportunities.

Learning outcomes:

• Example real-world AI use-cases across a range of business areas
• Identify AI use-cases in your business through a brainstorming exercise
• Step-through tutorial on creating your first Custom GPT or Agent
• Learn a simple framework for piloting, measuring and evaluating the use of AI
• Develop a draft AI Statement and roadmap for your business
• Discuss adoption of AI with other small business owners

There will be group exercises during the session; if you have an existing paid subscription to one of the following services: chatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot for Office 365, Google Gemini Pro, Anthropic Claude Pro, please bring your laptop.
