What We’ve Inherited: A Healing Conversation for European-Rooted Lineages

This is an invitation to pause, reflect, and begin the uncomfortable but necessary process of ancestral accountability and shadow healing. Specifically held for those with white, European-rooted ancestries—Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh, French, Spanish, and more—this circle is not about shame. It is about recognition, ownership, and embodiment. We will explore how our current realities are shaped by the inherited legacies of colonization, supremacy, silence, and disconnection—and how to begin transmuting those patterns from within.

This will not be easy, nor should it be. It’s time for those of us with these ancestral lineages to step forward—not to center ourselves, but to take honest responsibility for the structures we benefit from and the truths we must face. Through facilitated conversation, guided healing practices, and collective reflection, we will hold space for grief, for awakening, and for a new way forward rooted in oneness, not avoidance. You do not need to have all the right words or all the history—only a willingness to be with the truth and to listen deeply. Acceptance is the starting point.
