After a cozy summer break, Luigi is opening his doors once again for a new round of vegetable-forward pop-up dinners focused on fermentation and bold, creative flavors.

Join me for a 5-course vegetarian tasting menu, where I’ll be sharing dishes crafted with my favorite techniques: fermentation, slow cooking, blackening, smoking, pickling, and zero-waste sustainable cooking.

Each night also includes my homemade kombucha and freshly baked sourdough bread.
