The heart chakra is the center of our being — the bridge between the lower and higher chakras. It is through this energy center that we cultivate compassion, love, and equanimity — qualities that are essential in these turbulent times.

In this mini-workshop, we will practice the OSHO Heart Chakra Meditation along with other meditative exercises designed to awaken and nourish the heart center. Through movement, stillness, and shared presence, we’ll open the space to reconnect with ourselves and with one another.

Including Self-holding, a beautiful practice based on approaching yourself and your body-mind in a very gentle and loving way.
