Anger is one of the most misunderstood and challenging emotions to deal with. It’s intense, fast-moving, and often difficult to regulate. Many of us respond by either lashing out through destructive actions or suppressing it, which can lead to emotional shutdown, depression, or sudden outbursts.

Through practical, body-oriented exercises, we will explore how to safely discharge anger and reconnect with your inner strength. You’ll learn how to regulate your emotions in real-time, and how to have a healthy and positive relationship with anger.
This is not just about anger — it’s about emotional regulation and restoring your sense of empowerment.
For many, anger has been a source of shame or fear, especially if they’ve been on the receiving end of dysregulated aggression. But anger itself is not the enemy. It’s a powerful emotion that exists to protect you, to express your limits, and to help you feel safe.
