The Power of Courage is a 3-day workshop that teaches you how to use courage as a transformative force in your life by shifting your attention from your mind to your body.
During this workshop you’ll explore and clarify where in your life you’re not daring to show up fully and where you are lacking the courage to connect to what you really want. You'll learn how to unify the passion of your heart with the determination of your will, to open up new possibilities in your life and go fully for what you want.
During this workshop, you will :
- Clarify your desires and identify the obstacles holding you back.
- Have a deeper connection to your body as a source of power and insight.
- Have self-confidence as a choice.
- Reach more clarity and decisiveness by using fear to your advantage.
- Have the ability to recognize and act courageously in real-life situations.
- Understand the dynamics of fear, pain, shame, and guilt and how they impact your actions.
- Develop tools to transform fear into courage and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
- Experience and recognize the value of embodiment and connect with your physical presence to align your will and heart with trust.

This workshop is a space to dive into your individual challenges and learn how to allow yourself to be afraid, turn your fear into courage and use that courage to make the necessary steps in your life. This process is based on your personal exploration, fueled and supported by a group of likeminded people, who are all focused on stepping into the next phase of their life.
You will experience how to go through what frightens you, you’ll explore how your fears are holding you back and you’ll learn how to use these challenges as tools for growth and action towards the next step in your life.
