Are you curious about tantra but unsure where to start? In this accessible workshop, Afke Reijenga will guide you through the essence of tantra in a clear and playful way. The focus is on experiencing connection — with yourself and with others — in a safe and open environment.

No prior experience is needed; everyone is welcome. We’ll work with practical exercises such as breathwork, meditation, and mindful touch. There is always space to honor your own boundaries — participation is entirely up to you.

This workshop has no sexual context. Instead, it explores the deeper principles of tantra, such as presence, softness, and connection.
