A gastronomic journey between tradition and taste. (Tasting for two people)
Sicilian Caponata (eggplant, tomato, celery, onions, capers, olives, and sweet and sour sauce)
Peperonata with potatoes, onion, and basil
Fresh Ricotta with honey and almonds
Sautéed Friarielli with sun-dried tomatoes and fennel sausage
Small Arancini (with ragù or spinach)
Fried Panelle Triangles – traditional chickpea flour fritters, seasoned with salt, pepper, and lemon
Cuttlefish Ink Bruschetta with burrata, grated tuna heart, and lemon zest

Cannelloni with Lamb Ragù and Sun-Dried Tomatoes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and a delicate pistachio béchamel
Vegetarian Lasagna four layers of vegetables – eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach – seasoned with tomato sauce, béchamel, mozzarella, and parmesan
Tagliolino with Clams, Mullet Roe, and Lemon a fresh and marine proposal, fragrant and savory, that enhances the simplicity of the Mediterranean

To conclude your lunch, you can freely choose from our menu:
