This special collaboration brings you a calm, intentional Saturday morning that’s all about resetting your body, recharging your mind, and reconnecting with yourself — and others.

As we reach the halfway mark of 2025, it’s the perfect moment to hit pause and check in with yourself. This experience blends mindfulness, gentle movement, and nourishing food in a relaxed rooftop setting at Zoku Amsterdam.

Somatic Yoga Session
Led by Alicia Ingruber (Empowerment Coach, Embodied Leadership Mentor & Somatic Yoga Teacher) this gentle, all-levels yoga flow will help you release tension, ground your energy, and soothe your nervous system.

Community Brunch in The Living Kitchen
