In any case, RED DONS from Portland, Oregon, are among the best punk bands of the last two decades. Their sound blends great, dark punk with post-punk and garage elements.

Imagine a bunch of Utrecht doomtown punks, bound together by their affection for Wipers, trying to show their love for postpunk. Too punk to sound like Joy Division, too wave to sound like all punkbands you know. With current and ex-members of Antillectual, Smash The Statues and Gwladys Street, Leavers plays postpunk with an edge. Melancholic sounds accompanied by themes about disappointments, despair and fading to grey. We are Leavers.
