About Mariana & David

Mariana Dragone is the owner and the manager of La Maleva – home/hotel/tango school in Buenos Aires, famous worldwide. She was part of Miguel Ángel Zotto’s renowned Tango x2 Company and she spent the past 29 years touring the world, teaching tango, and performing in high-level tango shows.

David Mateu has over 20 years of experience as a professional tango dancer. He was 3 times amongst the finalists of the World Tango Championship in Buenos Aires and is one of the most appreciated teachers in La Maleva Tango Estudio and el Estudio el Zorzal.
