That’s why we’re excited to introduce a more mindful kind of gathering: Life Scanning – A Mindful Life Mapping Workshop.
Guided by Lara Ferreira, a Mindful Life & Career Coach and Wellness Mentor, this session is aimed to help you find clarity, purpose, and take conscious action.
Additionally, you’ll meet like-minded internationals who, just like you, share similar struggles and are curious about living with more purpose and a sense of fulfilment.

Through the powerful Wheel of Life exercise, you’ll assess key areas of your life, uncover what feels aligned (and what doesn’t), and create a conscious plan for change—one that’s rooted in what you truly want.

-Strengthen your self-awareness, and reflect on your aspirations
-Identify which areas need more attention or realignment
- Define mindful, actionable steps to move forward with intention

- 6:30 PM Meet the group at the bar—connect, mingle, and ease into the workshop atmosphere.
- 6:50 PM Head to the designated workshop room. (No worries! Our host or a team member from Meet Berlage will guide you.)
- Workshop begins—approximately 1 hour of engaging content.
- Wrap-up—let’s exchange ideas and enjoy great conversations over drinks at the bar.
