Fighting Monkey Workshops

The workshop emphasises studying life through embodiment; always starting from a physical and creative approach where practice and play go hand in hand. We explore how we coordinate ourselves internally and in relation to others and our environment. An act of joining, where surprising and playful encounters can reveal us to new understandings.


Fighting Monkey is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication and the ageing process.
