The DSOPM Summercamp is the place to be for musicians this summer.�DSOPM’s Summercamp offers musicians the chance to stay active with music during the summer while expanding their network. Our goal is to inspire and provide creative and professional music education through the Summercamp.
The Summercamp takes place from Monday, July 21 to Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Q-Factory in Amsterdam, led by Jack Pisters. Each day starts at 10:30 AM and ends around 5:30 PM.
Summercamp is an intensive week filled with music, ambitious and enthusiastic people, band coaching, and instrumental lessons for vocals, guitar, bass, drums, and keys. At the start of the week, participants are grouped into bands with whom they’ll work towards a final Showcase on Friday. Each band will work on both covers and original songs.
The Showcase takes place in the small hall of the Q-Factory on Friday, July 25, from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Friends and family are all welcome — admission is free!
In addition, there are various other activities, including clinics and workshops from guest teachers, for example in Ableton. In recent years, special clinics were given by Pablo van de Poel (DeWolff), Lucas Hamming, Jeanne Rouwendaal (Wies), Midas, and Yori Swart. You’ll receive sound advice from qualified teachers, and there’s even a planned outing to Paradiso. On top of that, you’ll get the opportunity to record one of your original songs with your band in the Atlantis Studio.
The Summercamp is a unique opportunity to spend your summer break fully immersed in music — and to have a great time doing it with other musicians. DSOPM offers creative and professional music education, but above all, aims to provide a fun and inspiring week.
