After the Tantric Joy Festival Amsterdam in the summer, often participants ask us: “what can we do to keep the practice of tantra in our daily life?” It is so easy during a festival to connect, to learn together, to feel the support of others…
Therefore we offer the DAILY TANTRIC PRACTICES during 8 evenings on Mondays. Every evening will have a different theme and having in common a tantric meditation, an inquiry and a practice. You don’t have to follow all days and of course you will get more community feeling and learnings if you come often! You are also welcome if you don´t have any experience in tantra or meditation.
Tantra is embracing the mystery of life, the path of acceptance of everything that its alive in you. Tantric practices help you to connect with yourself and with others from authenticity. It is not only a path of joy and ecstasy, it is also a path of insights and acknowledging when our patterns don’t support our freedom in life. Tantra is the path where spirituality connects with our human nature. Tantra helps us to feel our life force energy and to be more attuned to our well-being and the well-being of others around us.
We will offer you tantric meditations, breath work, inquiries, movement or touch. Every evening we will have another theme. There will be no nudity.
DATES: Mondays 29 Sept, 6 Oct, 13 Oct, 27 Oct, 3 Nov, 17 Nov, 24 Nov & 1 Dec. At 19:00 doors are open, we begin on time at 19:30 and we finish at 21.30 with teatime until 22.00.

PRICE: The price will be 25 euro's and 15 for low budget. There is space for 25 persons every evening, so don't wait too long to get your ticket.
LANGUAGE: English and if there are only Dutch persons in Dutch
WHAT TO BRING: Curiosity, openness and vulnerability. No experience needed.
