Butoh walking at Leidseplain Amsterdam 2 October

Butoh walking from Leidesplein to Singel and back.

Featuring: Ezio Tangini (Italy), Jamie Reimer (Canada), Maruska Ronchi (Italy), Mon Costa Justes (Catalunya), Salome Nieto (Mexico/Canada), Yusuke Kawabata (Japan) and other dancers.

Meeting point on Thursday 2nd at 16:00 at the Fountain Sculpture in Leidseplein.

A simple walk, in one line, direction the centre, crossing the four beautiful canals, arriving at Singel and coming back.

The idea is to form a line, as long as possible, with a distance between the dancers of about 10 meters or more.

No costume necessary. We wear what we have.

A red thread connected to the city.

The walking dance will not take place in case of rain.
