Breath & Body Workshop with Chris

In an intimate setting I invite you to get in deep contact with your own body. We will do this through active muscle and connective tissue relaxation techniques and an extensive conscious connected breathwork session. These two methods activate the self-healing capacity of the body on a deep level and ensure long-term positive effects on the nervous system and your overall health.

This workshop will be mainly given in English, but asking questions in Dutch is of course also possible.
