💫 Workshop 1: Fundamentals (Beginners)

Perfect if you’re just starting with sensual. Learn:
✔ Frame & body awareness
✔ Safe, controlled body waves & head movements
✔ How to dance with connection, not tension

💫 Workshop 2: Fluidity & Control (Intermediate)
🕒 15:00 – 17:00
For dancers who already know the basics and want to add more expression, nuance & flow. You’ll work on:
✔ Combining waves, isolations & head movements
✔ Flow, momentum & musicality in combinations
✔ Deeper partner connection & creative expression
