Amsterdam Anxiety Club

Like everybody, we too are a group of people who suffered from various forms of anxiety (20+ types) over decades. We decided to end the suffering for us and we have been successful in our journey. We were helped by kind souls all along and we would like to play it forward.

In the 1hours sessions, we will be sharing our daily episodes of anxieties at work, at home, with colleagues, with the loved ones, in parties, with strangers, during presentations, with seniors etc., and then discuss simple techniques to practice overcome our anxiety.

Anxiety and depression are cons our mind plays with ourselves and this is what almost all philosophers and englightened souls have tried to teach us. We are here to help all of us to face the fear and beat the inner daemon and come our happily.
